5. Film Idea

There’s a woman/guy tied in a chair, it starts in her visual point, she’s slowly waking up from being unconscious- the camera goes in and out of focus as if it is hard for her to concentrate. There’s a small dim light hanging above her swaying. The camera looks around the room from her point of view and she sees lots of blood-splattered pictures on the wall. The camera then moves slowly around the room, credits in the form of blood appear on the screen. The light sways and we identify someone standing similar to a doctor. Who appears to have a unique feature (scars). The Doctor has a brief discussion with the tied up woman about why he’s doing this (not a deep conversation). The Doctor leans over to the woman and kisses her cheeks. After the discussion the Doctor proceeds to slice the woman’s neck.

The camera goes behind the woman to the view of the Doctor cutting her neck. There is then a view of blood being splattered on the Doctors face.

There is a time lapse (camera being in the same position showing sunrise). The Doctor will be seen at a train station with a camera, he then sees a woman on the other platform and takes a picture of her before disappearing behind the train.

The rest of the film then follows the girls struggle to escape from the clutches of the doctor while he tries to comes to terms with his death. It all happens within the city that they both live in and the main action occurs within a inductrial district and witin the streets of the city. The police are reluctant to help the girl as their is not enough evidence to support the claim that she is being stalked, until the end where they shoot the doctor dead.
